Daniel Craig is now the second longest-serving 007 ever


Daniel Craig has become the second longest-serving 007 of all time.

Daniel Craig has now racked up 4,152 days in the iconic role, overtaking his predecessor Pierce Brosnan, who spent 4,146 days as 007.

Roger Moore spent 5,118 days as 007, remains comfortably ahead of Daniel Craig, who will need to remain in the role for another two and half years to catch up.

The Bond franchise’s executive producer Callum McDougall said: “He (Daniel Craig) is absolutely the first choice. I know they’re hoping for him to come back.” Asked who would replace Craig if the actor decided against returning as James Bond 007, the executive replied: “I wish I knew.”
